Campfire Audio is seeking an Earphone Builder to join our earphone production team.

Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for assembling earphones to our quality standards.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High level of dexterity and close attention to detail for earphone assembly
Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive assembly environment
Ability to work independently on complex assembly tasks
High level of workspace organization and general tidiness
Prior experience with electrical assembly
The ability to use small hand tools and jigs safely and effectively
Stable, long-term work history
Preferred Requirements:
Experience or interest in 3D modeling / Printing. On-the-job training is provided.
Prior experience with hand crafting or product assembly is a plus.
Some experience with soldering (professional or personal)
Ability to differentiate between similar colors, finishes, and detect small blemishes.
Our standard schedule is Monday-Thursday (4 day work weeks), 8 am - 6 pm at our inner SE location. Assembly work will take place at ergonomic standing/sitting stations. We contribute fifty percent of the employee health insurance premium from our offered plans, we have selected paid holidays, and paid time off, which are available after 30 days on the job. 35 hours worked per week are needed to maintain company contribution health insurance benefits. Production team member pay starts at $20/hour.
