We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales member to join our team. The ideal candidates will excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the quality of our inventory and lot. We also want you to learn how to finance your own deals and be able to work with customers from A to Z.
Guest Interaction:
Greet customers upon arrival, informing them about our transparent pricing culture, and offering assistance.
Respond to phone calls, inquiries, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
Assist in the completion of paperwork, including test drive agreements, loan applications, and bills of sale.
Work with the customer from A to Z (Test Drive/Financing/Closing/Signing).
Lot Operation:
Prepare new inventory by generating reports, buyers' guides, and pricing stickers for incoming vehicles.
Maintain the quality of inventory by regularly cleaning vehicles exposed to weather conditions, starting engines daily, and organizing the lot as needed.
Work as a team to maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot.
Requirements:

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Automotive/RV/Powersport Sales Experience.
