Job Title: Delivery Driver & Assistant Sales Representative
Location: Based in Portland OR
Terms: Full Time – 32-40 hr/week
Compensation: $20-$23/hr. - BOE – Starting

About This Role:
We are looking for an individual who is excited about craft beer, is well organized, motivated, and a hard worker. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge and is excited about helping grow and shape Kings & Daughters’ future. In this position you are a front-line employee. You will get to see & communicate with the lovely people who support our business. As such you not only delivering beer for Kings & Daughters, you are a liaison, assisting in building and maintaining valued relationships.
You will work with the Sales Manager to plan and execute product deliveries direct to on & off premise accounts in our self-distribution network. You will make monthly deliveries to our accounts in the greater Seattle area. You will deliver raw materials and other goods to our strategic partners in Portland and to our new public house in Hood River, OR. As an assistant sales representative you will support the Sales Manager in our sales efforts. You will also work towards gaining your own sales territory while still maintaining your delivery duties.
Responsibility:
Safely operate both a Promaster High Top van and a 16’ Isuzu box truck at all times
Safely, efficiently, and accurate deliver product, both kegs and cans, materials and other goods to our public house, accounts, and strategic partners while positively representing Kings & Daughters Brewery.
Work with our brewery and cold storage partners to load delivery van and truck.
Collect checks and invoice payments professionally, ensuring accuracy of payments.
Organize, account for, and submit invoices pre- and post-delivery
Collect empty kegs shells from accounts, organize them, and return them to the correct facility.
Assist with optimizing distribution activities including delivery schedule, vehicle loading, route optimization and other efficiency metrics.
Assist Sales Manager with sales efforts
Represent Kings & Daughters at promotional events
Work with Sales Manager and Owners to develop your position so that it is fulfilling and challenging.

Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to push/pull/roll/control drop 150 lb. kegs
Able to safely load and maneuver keg carts
Able to safely maneuver fully loaded pallets with manual pallet jack.
Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license
Must have a clean drivers record and agree to have Kings & Daughters collect an official driving record
Experience with beverage distribution a plus
Delivery experience a plus
