Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Valiant Roofing, LLC, you will play a
vital role in assisting our outside sales representatives in achieving their sales objectives and
exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective
homeowners, qualifying leads, and providing valuable support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our outside sales representatives to understand homeowner needs and
sales goals.
Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective homeowners to introduce our residential
exterior services and generate leads.
Qualify leads by assessing homeowner requirements, budget considerations, and project
timelines, and effectively communicate qualified leads to outside sales reps.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and guide
them through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the outside sales team to schedule on-site consultations, inspections, and
presentations with qualified homeowners.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, homeowner interactions, and lead status using our
CRM system.
Provide ongoing support to outside sales reps, including preparing sales proposals, estimates,
and project specifications as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns to
drive lead generation and conversion in the residential exterior market.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field within the residential exterior
industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor, with the ability to establish rapport
and build trust with homeowners.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying homeowner needs and
addressing inquiries.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering
exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Benefits:
Competitive base wage with commission and bonus structure designed to double earnings
based on performance. Earn between $18 and $36 per hour.
