PG Long Floorcovering
Core Function of the Inside Sales Representative:
Support the sales team and territory managers through performing a wide range of administrative tasks, lend support to the PG Long Floor Covering Sales team, and uphold strong customer service standards while interfacing with all clients and customers.
To be successful in this position, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) must be comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment without sacrificing quality and/or delivery. Maintaining customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and the ISR will spend most of their time responding to inquiries, helping with scheduling/installation issues as they arise, and handling remote interactions with customers and/or team members.
- Prepare estimates according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
- Schedule installations.
- Inventory management through product ordering/tracking.
- Perform takeoffs from diagrams.
- Demonstrate strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills such as in person, via email and over the phone.
- Data entry and CRM management.
- Support sales efforts such as attending trade shows and industry networking events whenever necessary.
- Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.

Compensation:
- $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
- Possible wage increases at 90 day and 1 year evaluation(s)
- The Inside Sales Representative and compensation will be based on experience with a mutually agreeable pay structure being determined at the time of hire.
Full-Time. Monday to Friday In-Office.
