Still-Point Massage and Wellness Studio is a bustling and busy Massage Studio with a positive loving supportive staff. We are looking for one front desk associate to join our team. This is a part-time position (25 Hours weekly)the ability to become full-time may be available in the near future. The right candidate will need to excel in multitasking. Knowledge of computer office programs is a plus. We are looking for a front desk associate with experience in boutique and retail sales. Must have a friendly and positive attitude. Take pride in their appearance and personal hygiene. Non-smoker. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be over 18.
Communication is a big part of this job. There is a lot to learn in this position regarding customer service. We are a tight group of co-workers who focus on empowering each other while giving our clients a place to relax and heal. We will be launching an online store soon. There may be additional hours available within these parameters. Social Media Marketing will also be part of this position. A person with a marketing or website/graphic design background would be a great fit for this position. Helping to launch an online store and updating our website periodically would be a great addition to any resume!
Daily Task Include:
Client Support Services- Greeting Clients, Check-in, and check-out clients. Taking the initiative to educate and answer clients' questions about our products. Daily posts, communicating with clients over social media, and promoting our line of handmade body products and fun boutique retail items!
Retail Sales—This position comes with additional commission pay and bonuses. The percentage is negotiable with experience, and the bonuses are performance-based when selling retail products. It is imperative to be willing to learn about the products and comfortable educating clients on them, all while assisting in retail sales with an energetic and positive attitude.
