We currently have an opportunity for an energetic Software Consultant. This role joins a team of Software Consultants to assist insurance agencies with the project of successfully implementing HawkSoft Software.

This is a fully remote position.
Job Summary:
The Client Services Software Consultant will have the responsibility for onboarding new and return billable customers using HawkSoft Insurance Platform (HIP) software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consult with insurance agencies to determine their workflows and training needs
Manage multiple complex projects
Customize the HIP software configuration and training based on the customers stated goals
Conduct training courses on the configuration and workflows within the HIP System and other third-party integration partners
Spend approximately 4-6 hours per day in scheduled training/consulting sessions with agency customers
Maintain necessary customer documentation
Spend approximately 2-3 hours per day on documentation and communication with/for agency customers
Resolve product or support issues by clarifying the customer's concern; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other training related projects, as needed
Contribute to other projects as a Subject Matter Expert, as needed
Maintain general awareness of HawkSoft's information security policy
Report suspected information security incidents

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
3 + years of customer service experience
1+ year of training experience
Insurance Industry Experience is preferred
Working knowledge of the HIP System is preferred
