Compensation: Pay is expected to be competitive with dealtership standards and will be calculated based on experience and tenure. Employees may choose between a salary plus performance bonus (based on hours achieved and experience) OR a flat rate pay structure, depending on preference.

MBI Motors is seeking an experienced Mercedes-Benz technician—preferably someone with dealership training—to join our team. We’ve been serving the Portland area for over 50 years and have built a reputation as one of the most trusted independent Mercedes-Benz and BMW service facilities in the region.
We specialize in post-warranty service and repair, providing customers with a high-quality alternative to dealership service. Our facility is one of the best-equipped independent shops in the Northwest, offering dealership-level tools, support, and technical capabilities.
