Pumpkin Ridge Home Repairs is hiring a Full-Time handyperson who can do it all - or at least most of it, and is willing to learn other parts.
This position is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.
Mileage reimbursement for all company travel at .55 cents per mile.
Medical Insurance Benefits are available.
After 3-6 months and a review, you may be eligible to use the company vehicle during work hours.
You will need to provide proof of a clean driving record upon acceptance of the job.
Applicants will need to have their own work truck/van and basic toolset for use on the job.
A VALID and good-standing driver's license is required for this position.
A clean driving record (you will need to provide MVR through DMV) and a reliable vehicle are required for this position.
There will be a background check before we can offer employment.

We're looking for someone who has experience in the repair world!
We're a small team, based in NW Portland. We specifically handle work service requests from Rent Portland Homes Darla Andrew's office and work all over the Portland Metro Area.
Skills / Experience Desired:
- Repairs such as smoke alarms installs, decks/railings, etc.
- Installing appliances
- Interior & exterior inspections on single-family homes, condos, and townhomes
- Diagnose and Access Issues
- Schedule repairs with tenants and communicate with outside vendors as needed
- Remove garbage/dump runs
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, bending, twisting
- Climbing ladders
- Lifting 30lbs + regularly
- Kneeling & stretching to reach
- Indoor and Outdoor working conditions
