Willamette View is seeking a Maintenance Specialist responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance, repair procedures, renovation of resident apartments and interior areas.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m./Rotating schedule for after hours and weekend on call duty.
