Here are the key skills we're looking for:
Solar Installation Experience: Licensed Limited Renewable Technician or NABCEP certification preferred for lead roles.
Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
Team-Oriented and Dependable: Ability to perform high-quality work in a team setting.
Language and Math Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and understand English, and be competent in construction math.
Physical Requirements:
Carrying, lifting, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, and hauling up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Comfortable working at heights.
Vehicle and Travel Requirements:
Must provide your own vehicle.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Regular travel between job sites is required.
Safety Certifications: Obtain/maintain current First Aid/CPR certification and OSHA safety requirements (company provides training).
Final candidates will be submitted for a background check, motor vehicle report and drug screen.
