Highway Heavy Hauling is now looking for someone to be a member of our awesome dispatch team. Service and Safety are our highest priorities so this job is fast paced with high call volumes. We are a woman owned Trucking Company, specializing in equipment hauling that values family, integrity and safe practices.
Job Duties include:
-Schedule work with customers - High phone volume!
-Input data for drivers into dispatch program
-Assist drivers with directions and questions
-Manage driver paperwork and arrange for billing
-Utilize GPS for routing and compliance
-Assist in Ensuring full DOT compliance
-Data Entry into Dispatch program
Applicant must possess:
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
Professional Appearance and Disposition
Caring attitude and problem solving skills
Willing to answer phone after hours and weekend rotations
Company to provide:
Health and Dental insurance for employee paid by employer after 90 days
Immediate accrual of PTO up to 40 hours per year, usable after 90 days
