The Senior HR Analytics, Compliance, and Technology Lead is pivotal in advancing our HR analytics, compliance, and systems strategy. There are three key pillars of the role: 1. Join us and make a significant impact on our organization’s future!Job ResponsibilitiesHR Data Analytics, Data Integrity, and Reporting:Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trendsLeverage HR data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements or risk mitigationPartner with HR and business leaders to define and track key performance indicators that support strategic objectivesCreate working prototype dashboards using PowerBI and then partner with IT teams to facilitate scalability and enterprise-wide implementationHR Compliance & Auditing:Partner with Legal, Compliance, and/or external sources to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including those specific to government contracting in the USPartner with in house and external sources to continue to build out the compliance framework for global locationsEnsure ongoing audit readiness and lead efforts for internal or external HR audits related to programs, policies, and systemsImplement and oversee data governance to maintain the accuracy, integrity and privacy of data in all HR systems, in accordance with local employment laws and company policyPartner in the development of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire HR function and lead the effort for updates as neededDirectly or indirectly lead a team to maintain HR audit and reporting programs after successful implementationHR System Maintenance:Collaborate with COEs to ensure systems and data structures support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations across the HR function and the organizationAct as primary system administrator for access and maintenanceSupport implementation and updates of HR technology, including the development of associated companywide communications
