The full Pay Range is $114,700.00 - $213,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Your role will involve optimizing organizational rhythms, crafting compelling executive communications, and delivering impactful program and project management. By leveraging your business acumen and collaborative approach, you’ll execute key initiatives, streamline processes, and influence strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the division’s goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with divisional VPs and SVPs to execute organizational strategies, manage business routines, and drive technology initiatives that align with divisional objectives and metrics.

Operational Rhythm Management: Oversee business reviews, organizational communications, and employee engagement activities to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Data-Driven Insights: Provide in-depth business insights and actionable recommendations to effect positive change and achieve strategic objectives, including input on staffing, governance, budget planning, and organizational design.

Executive Communications: Develop compelling narratives and on-brand materials to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, supporting executive messaging with advanced visual and presentation tools.

Program and Project Oversight: Manage special projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes while applying sound business judgment and change management best practices.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline divisional business management and executive office functions, executing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, support business activities, and communicate key leadership objectives.

End-to-End Business Understanding: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the business to provide recommendations and direction that support priorities and deliver results.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, communication, or a related field, or equivalent work or educational experience.

At least 10 years of experience in executive office functions, chief of staff roles, business operations, program/project management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in business, communications, or a related field.

Experience implementing large-scale initiatives or operational transformation efforts.

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and align priorities across teams.

Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Expertise in executive storytelling and communications, with advanced skills in presentation software and data analysis tools.

Experience in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments, with demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem resolution in ambiguous situations.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transform complex, technical topics into clear, actionable narratives.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, make recommendations, and drive improvements.
