ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets, checks in, and assigns rooms to guests
Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
Answers phone calls and routes appropriately, takes accurate messages, makes
reservations
Assists sales and marketing efforts as directed by General Manager
Handles confidential information with high integrity
Maintains accurate cash, accounting, and reservation records
Responsible for all cash and credit card transactions so that drawers balance at the end
of each shift
Answers guest inquiries about area attractions, hotel services, directions or reservations
Conducts wake up calls as requested
Keeps Breakfast,lobby and Pool areas clean
Assists breakfast hosts in replenishing food or supplies and cleaning as directed
Assists with laundry as directed
Follows company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of threemonths hotel guest service experience or equivalent training and experience.

Working Conditions:

Maintenance
We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment , public areas and guest rooms, performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, and be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
Proven maintenance experience.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Strong time management skills.
