Responsibilities:
Oversee personnel including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance employees.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Collect daily deposits and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, a payroll company.
Exceed the delivery of guest service standards.
Adhere to brand standards and maintain exceptional QA scores.
Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
Drive Sales efforts, respond to leads and handle group bookings.
Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates, setting budgets, guest reviews, and assigning funds to departments.
Qualifications:
2+ years stable management experience in Hotel, Motel Management.
Passion for and expertise in recruiting, selecting and developing strong team members.
Understanding of hotel Property Management Software; Hotelkey preferred
Exceptional leadership and skills in customer satisfaction
Previous success driving sales to the business
Exposure to Grass Roots Marketing and Community Outreach to drive sales Experience with full P&L management and accountability
Understanding of facilities management and maintenance
Success in building relationship with field and corporate leadership and support partners
Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent is required
