Wild Pear is a high-volume restaurant and catering company in the heart of downtown Salem. We are served Salem for over 24 years.
$17-20 an hour, plus tips which land you $20-25 an hour.
Our kitchen is a fast paced, dynamic and creative space for those with a commitment to quality and team work. We're in search of a Line Cook to join our team. Our Menu features rotating seasonal specials along with our standardized menu. We use quality ingredients with an emphasis on from scratch preparation. Our Line Cooks are supported by the Sous Chef & backed up by fellow line cooks. If you're the right fit, you'll enjoy camaraderie of a family atmosphere, space to tap into your creative side and develop your range with all the benefits of an established reputable restaurant. Hours of business are mainly daytime to early evening, but for Fri & Sat nights when we’re open later for full dinner service. We have historically been CLOSED on Sundays, except for special events that are known in advance. Our Summer Hours are:
Monday-Tuesday- 10:30am-3:30pm
Wednesday-Thursday- 10:30am-6:30pm
Friday-Saturday- 10:30am-8:00pm
CLOSED on Sunday's
Job Requirements:
At least 1-year minimum restaurant experience
Positive Attitude
Good communication with team
Flexibility with weekly schedule
Food Handler Card
You must be able to lift 30 pounds (dolly and/or cart available for assistance)
18 years of age or older
