GROUNDSKEEPER/JANITOR position (part time)
Supplement your income while working for a wonderful family owned and operated premier 55+ Manufactured Home Park. We are in need of a year round, part time Janitorial/Groundskeeper.
You’ll be the first to arrive to unlock our beautiful Rec. Hall and the last to leave while locking everything up. We’ll need your cleaning and disinfecting talents as well as implementing general curb appeal around the Rec. Hall and on the property. Familiarity in deep cleaning, weeding, edging, mowing, blowing and flower and shrubbery maintenance. Work ethic is imperative, you’ll need to be able to work independently, takedirection well and have a friendly demeanor towards our residents and staff. This is a physical job, heavy lifting, standing and moving often is required.
This part time schedule will consist of approximately 22 hours per week Fridays through Mondays
and the schedule is as follows:
Fridays 8am to 4:30pm, then back at 9pm to lock up Rec Hall
Saturdays 8am to 10:45am, then back at 9pm to lock up Rec. Hall
Sundays 8am to 10:45am, then back at 9pm to lock up Rec. Hall
Mondays 8am to 4:30pm
with the possibility of additional hours when/if needed.
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
-Unlocking and locking up the Rec. Hall (Friday, Saturday & Sundays)
-Cleaning the Rec Hall, bathrooms, showers, pool hall, laundry room and misc. deep cleaning
-Mowing, blowing, edging, planting, weeding, general curb appeal and upkeep
-Pool & spa management & upkeep
-Assisting maintenance staff with various duties& request fulfillment
-Assisting the property owner in any and all projects assigned
