Position: Residential Cleaning and Housekeeping Professionals
About the Position:
Atlas Facilities Maintenance is hiring part-time residential cleaning and housekeeping professionals to deliver high-quality services at a private residence once a week. Additionally, the role includes specific monthly deep-cleaning tasks as required. This position requires individuals who are experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable. Experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Weekly cleaning services include:
Cleaning all floors: vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning as necessary.
Sanitizing and maintaining kitchen areas: wiping down appliances, countertops, and cleaning sinks.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors.
Dusting furniture, decorative items, and shelves with special care for antiques or delicate items.
Managing trash and recycling: emptying bins and replacing liners.
Monthly services include:
High dusting of fixtures, chandeliers, and hard-to-reach areas.
Deep cleaning and sanitization of all floor surfaces.
Spot cleaning and shampooing carpets in high-traffic areas.
Window and glass surface cleaning: removing streaks, smudges, and dust.
Schedule and Hours:
Weekly services: Part-time role requiring individual cleaners for an average of 4 hours per week (10 AM to 2 PM on Wednesdays).
Monthly deep-cleaning services will require coordination with management and adherence to specialized cleaning schedules.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping (minimum 2 years preferred). Hotel cleaning experience is highly valued.
Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols.
Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexibility to take on monthly tasks in addition to weekly responsibilities.
