We are looking for a hardworking, organized team player to join our team and to be lead CNC operator.
Your responsibilities would include running all aspects of the CNC and edgebander. To make sure our timelines and quality standards are met. To keep the CNC/ Edgebander area clean, organized and working in an efficient manner. This position also has some minor supervisory conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Run appropriate materials through the CNC and load into carts.
Run parts through edgebander and return to carts.
Sort out "prep" parts and complete them or supervise the completion.
Keep equipment clean and maintained.
Keep area clean and organized.
Perform quality control to ensure all parts are in proper condition for the assembly department.
Qualifications:
2+ years in operating nested base CNC.
1+ years in operating edgebander.
Knowledge of various sheet materials and wood types.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Be neat, organized and to work efficiently.
Be very reliable and punctual.
