NW Employment is Partnered with a local Canby Auto Body and Collision Shop and we are looking to add a Front Office Coordinator to join our team!
Day shift- Monday thru Friday: 8am to 5:30pm (Could work up to 45 hours on some weeks)
Pay rate- $18-20 Hourly DOE
The right candidate for this position will be able to do the following-
Answering phones
calling insurance companies
helping walk-in customers
writing walk-in estimates
invoicing customers
posting invoices from vendors
copy, scan, fax, etc.
Auto repair or dealership background preferred to be able to work well with customers, insurance personnel and technicians. QuickBooks online experience preferred as well.
