Looking for a rewarding career in the health insurance field Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Office Administrator This position is a combination of reception coverage, customer support, and administrative support for the business. This position is ideal for a customer serviced focused professional who would like to work with a reputable company while taking on a variety of projects.Â
This Office Assistant position includes:
Acts as office receptionist in greeting and directing all visitors.
Responsible for retrieving incoming mail, distributing mail and posting outgoing mail.
Responsible for ordering and stocking office supplies; maintaining office equipment, scheduling maintenance and repair when necessary. Provides equipment support to staff including postage machine, scanning, faxing and printing. Communicates to the staff concerning office procedures.
Maintains conference room schedules and is responsible for conference room clean up and Beautification. Coordinates and prepares for meetings and special events by arranging for refreshments and necessary equipment; print agendas; sign-in sheets; meeting materials and other preparations as necessary for executive staff and Board members.
Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, letters and financial statements using Microsoft Office, Adobe and Faxage software.
Organize and manage organizational documents, records and reports for executive staff.
May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for the Executive staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Attributes Needed:
At least three years experience in an office administrative role
At least three years experience in a customer service role
Required high school diploma or equivalent
Exemplary customer service skills.
High level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently
Able to multi-task and organize priorities, remain organized always
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
Medicaid knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $18/Hr
