Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians and service advisors.
- Manage workflow, schedules, and customer appointments to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and expertise.
- Monitor and control department expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- ability to hire and fire all positions of the team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive technology and service techniques.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in automotive service management software.
