Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will oversee and forecast project-level financials and report to executives at regular intervals. You will coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, fabrication shop foremen, VDC/CAD/Detailing personnel, project engineers, and project accountants. Responsibilities include producing and managing project schedules, handling change management by assembling estimates, budgets, and proposals, managing subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, attending project meetings, mentoring subordinates, and managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and future opportunities.Hard Skills
