T. Yorie Corporation, A Terrazzo Construction Contractor, is seeking to fill a Project Coordinator position at our Allentown, PA office. Experience in a general contractor or flooring contractors office is preferred.
Duties:
Assist with Estimators in Bidding Process: Review of Bid Invitations & Maintaining of Electronic Bid Board, Downloading & Filing of All Initial Documents, Log of Bidders for Projects, Filing of Bids After Submission
Initial Follow Up Communication with General Contractors post Bid.
Initial Communication to GC/CM for scope requirements & scheduling. Follow up calls as necessary to update overall company schedule to ensure timely ordering of materials, manpower assignments & equipment deliveries.
Ensuring safety compliance and documentation
Initiating & Maintaining Electronic Field Coordination (PlanGrid)
Duties may vary to aid Estimators and Project Mangers.
The company is willing to further train detail-oriented candidates
