Client Care specialist for our Swimming Pool Service Department.
Answering phones, email, and helping with scheduling. This position will be the lead person for client communication. Exceptional phone skills are needed. Issue resolution, will be a large part of this position. This not a call center.
Benefits available including "free to you" Teleheath care. This is a 40 hr a week position with a potential for a small amount of OT. OT paid after 40 hrs. Bi-weekly pay. Position is 9-5 Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays in the spring and fall will be required.
