, a leading Food Distribution Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Allentown, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with key accounts to troubleshoot issues.
This is a 6-month contract to hire position
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, compile and track key account information
Create reports to summarize changes to customer orders and out of stock items.
Assist with maintaining customer order guides as directed by the sales team
Make outbound calls to customers to advise of changes to their delivery schedule
Assist customers on the phone and via email
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of Customer Service Experience
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
