Melt, an upscale restaurant at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, has
immediate openings for Dishwashers.
Melt is part of Paxos Restaurants which was voted a Top Lehigh Workplace for the past
5 years.
Job responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitation of all back of the house areas; including sweeping, mopping, washing walls, tables, equipment, etc.
Perform routine & special project cleaning duty as directed.
Remove all trash following procedure when required.
Clean dishware and all equipment following guidelines.
Assist in transport & putting away of product.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements include:
Cooperate with co-workers
Follow directions and show initiative
Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to read and understand work related materials.
Must be able to push carts, racks and hand trucks with minimum or maximum effort.
No previous experience required.
