The Branch Administrative Assistant is responsible for all administrative support at the branch, including supporting delivery operations, warehouse operation, compliance and any other operations related function.
Specific duties may include:
Provides support for Inside Sales and Customer Service when needed
Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits
Contacting vendors to secure pricing
Ordering products
Maintaining accurate inventory counts and basic inventory processes
Developing and maintaining customer relationships regarding credit and sales promotions
Working with the branch personnel on credit-related matters and assisting credit managers with the annual review of customer accounts
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Specific qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one year of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of the construction industry and/or construction process is also preferred
Customer service skills
Positive attitude and team oriented
