We are looking for someone to join us who is good at working with their hands, can think on their own, and make repairs for all things building related. Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall, High Ladder, Flooring, Doors, Windows, etc.
A Jack of All Trades is a Master of none, but often times better than a Master of One.
We are a small Property Management Company and have been doing this for just 1 year.
You will need to have your own Van or Truck, and tools for the job. We pay mileage .67 cents per mile, fair hourly rates, and provide 50%, up to $500 reimbursement, for Pennie Health Insurance, should you wish to have it.
You will be driving to Easton, Allentown, Bethlehem, Bangor, Wilkes-Barre, Slatington, Pen Argyl, and Freeland. We are always acquiring new properties, so this is subject to change. We will require you to have us listed as additionally insured on your auto insurance policy.
If you don't have a smartphone and are not used to taking photos and using your phone to look up information, making notes, and using apps on your phone, this is not for you.
Trust is everything in what we do. We will only hire those who have a squeaky clean background check. We run every background check available.
