Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work with a dedicated team? We're looking for a Content Cleaning Technician to join our growing company and help restore personal property and spaces for our residential and commercial clients.
What You’ll Do:
Work with our contents team to carefully pack and unpack personal property (pack outs and pack ins)
Restore and clean items affected by damage (fire, water, mold, etc.)
Identify what can be salvaged vs. what must be discarded, and document an inventory report accordingly
Perform on-site cleaning, deodorization, and decontamination of personal property, clothing and structures
Handle physical labor related to clean-up and restoration tasks
Collaborate with other departments when needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
