Identifying trends and opportunities for growth through the analysis of complex datasets.
Building automated workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes.
Creating clear and effective dashboards and visualizations that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions for stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements across our business, working closely with and supporting Business Improvement Leads.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Key Job Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Process Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored BI solutions. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of BI tools with existing systems and databases, maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.Minimum Hiring Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation.
Proficiency in SQL or Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables, and complex formulas), with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarly with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous improvement methodology (preferred but not required).
Familiarly with Agile Scrum (preferred but not required).This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for both in-office and hybrid working arrangements.
