Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

Accompany clients into the community, on errands, and to appointments

Spend time on your client's favorite hobbies and activities

ASsist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year experience working with I/DD individuals preferred but not required - we provide training!
