We currently have the following shift available to add to our team:Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM until completionThe Cooler / Freezer Material Handler Specialist job will involve:

Must be able to work in temperatures between -15 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

It is very cold and you will be going in and out of the freezer and fridge throughout the day to get ice and pick products.

Strong sense of urgency, cleanliness and teamwork, also looking for someone who is self-driven and motivated

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift

Must be comfortable with various noise levels, it may be loud at times

Standing and engaging in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift

Keep cold areas clean, neat and organized

You will be part of a small but very important team of the company. This role requires someone who is meticulous and willing to learn every aspect of the job.

Most of our Distribution Centers are climate controlled and utilize state of the art systems & equipmentMinimum Requirements:

Typically requires 3+ years of related experienceCritical Skills:

Working knowledge of Material Handling issues

Work experience in a face-paced, distribution or warehouse environment or cooler / freezer is strongly preferred; picking/packing, sorting, loading/unloading, scanning, and various other warehouse functions

The ability to work the hours listed above, in addition to overtime. Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mand tory and typically occurs M-W due to our real-time commitments to our customersPhysical Requirements:

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time

Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

The temporary period is estimated to last 3 months with potential for extension if business needs allow for it, and this is a hybrid work environment working on site 2 days a week.  Tax experience is not required for this role.  Strong customer service experience especially making outbound calls and proficiency in Excel are essential. This role will be responsible for contacting customers to retrieve missing tax exemption forms and then updating their Excel and SAP database with this information.  Some minor tax credit work may also be done.  Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits! Responsibilities: Conduct courteous and professional phone calls with customers to address inquiries regarding sales tax exemptions. Clearly explain sales tax exemption requirements and procedures to customers, ensuring they understand the process. Accurately enter exemption certificate information into our tax system, ensuring data integrity. Identify transactions where sales tax was charged in error and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation. Process tax credits to correct customer accounts efficiently and accurately. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and tax credit activities for auditing purposes. Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent customer service experience.
