Pick and stage material for production orders, based on schedule.Assemble industrial control valves based on Standard Operating Procedures.Test valves in accordance with their specific test procedures.React to equipment down, test failures, and production issues using Andon and according to department standards and Bosch production system principles.Complete any reporting for OEE, quality, or production deviations.Replenish working inventory from stock as required.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on test stands.Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities within area.Provide feedback (CIP) to all related areas including Machining, Assembly, Test and/or QMM.Cross-train on other functions within the team.Maintain a clean and safe work area as per 5S philosophy.Overtime may be required; sometimes with little advance notice.Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.The wage rate for this position is $21.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential for hours worked on second shift. Shift hours are 3-11:30pm
