Description We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for a local law firm. We are looking for an individual who is prompt, polished, professional, and can deliver top-tier customer service. This role will provide support to administrative staff and attorneys, ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and updating records as needed.
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail or deliveries.
Ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school degree; additional certification(s) in office management are a plus.
