The Technical Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring quality and timely execution of major projects specific to Business Solutions product and operations support. This will include project managing all aspects of the project including business justification, building a project plan, working with teams in different organization, managing timelines and reporting.

A specific area of support will be towards supporting general integrations, as it relates to product, process, systems and support. An ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge base in business, administration, organization skills, business acumen, the ability to anticipate the needs of a diverse organization and be foot forward in helping define and determine organizational health, including the initiation, planning, tracking and execution of projects. Able to work with various team members, including at the executive level, and act as a problem solver by providing workable solutions to keep projects on time and within the project budget

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate and execute projects that support Business Solutions product and operations

Identify and document existing processes as the relate to ongoing projects

Manage the communication and implementation of any changes to support the business

Support Product organization with the launch of new products, as well as the coordination of

legacy product migration

Communicate activities and progress of projects to management

Provide support for executive summary and business case creation and approval process

Management of detailed project plans

Identification and tracking of key milestones, roadblocks, and issues

Manage challenges and opportunities and operate administratively at scale

Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Where applicable, this position will also be responsible for documenting learnings from projects, coordinating subject matter experts, working with key stakeholders on establishing cross organizational network standards and documentation, and establishing processes for future review and approval for similar projects.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum of three years of experience in a project management role

Strong skills with Microsoft Office and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficient at documenting business requirements and working with the proper teams to translate into functional specifications

Ability to independently manage a sales project from start to finish

Effective communicator, verbal and written

Ability maintain confidentiality of information and use direction and judgment in discussing information about our projects

Excellent organizational and planning skills - attention to detail is a must

Able to work in a dynamic work environment and take pride in being deliberate and forward thinking in how we approach challenges and opportunities

Must be self-aware, intellectually curious and have the ability to balance a sense of humor with a sense of responsibility to the team, our products and our customers

Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Asana)

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business o Marketing preferred

The base salary range in WA, CA, CO and NY for this position is $80,000.00 - $126,000.00, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to WA, CA, CO and NY and may not be applicable to other locations.
