Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in BRIDGEVILLE, Pennsylvania, 15017-2339, United States. This role involves a range of duties centered around accounting and customer service, and it requires a skill set that includes proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Handle and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate. Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed. Perform data entry tasks meticulously. Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. Process check runs and code invoices correctly. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold the highest levels of customer service at all times. Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures Experience with check runs Familiarity with coding invoices Strong data entry skills Proficient use of Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
