Job SummaryPrimary DutiesOperating various packaging and tape machines.

Calculations of quantities and piece rates.

Printing of packaging labels.

Packaging/kitting of truck parts and accessories, including folding corrugation, applying labels, filling out work orders and counting of pieces.

Pull own orders when necessary.

Sorting and breaking down mixed pallets of product.

Labeling Product as necessary.

Unloading containers.

Computer data entry and completion of appropriate paperwork.

Other duties as assigned.QualificationsWilling to work overtime as required.

Adheres to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Strong self-motivation and high attention to detail.

Must have strong basic math skills, able to add, subtract, multiply and divide

Must have strong attention to detail while identifying part numbers, labels and product characteristics.

Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate. Assist with the timely execution of approved Marketing programs and initiatives, and the implementation  of appropriate signage and promotions according to company standards. Other duties as assigned by Store Manager   KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results. Experience and proven results with a retail or customer service establishment. Ability to present and implement decisive and creative solutions to opportunities to grow the business. Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations. Foster positive and results-oriented associate and doctor relationships. Attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to manage priorities through adaptability and flexibility. Willingness to take calculated risks. Experience with personal computers preferred. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience typically achieved with a minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment.
