Effectively drives territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standardsWorks collaboratively with all internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patientsDemonstrates Company culture norms daily through customer interactions, collaboration with internal partners, and a willingness to support others across the organizationEffectively utilizes territory business planning tools to help uncover additional business opportunitiesManages and utilizes approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunitiesComplies with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism at all timesThe minimum qualifications for this role are:Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required.A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Depending on the territory, overnight travel may be needed2+ years of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience with a proven and successful track record in all aspects of technical knowledge, selling techniques, and comprehensive understanding of medical terminologyEye care experience preferred, but not required.Works collaboratively with all internal partners to create educational experience for targeted Eye Care accountsWorks closely with the field leadership team and internal partners to consistently provide customer insights and also offers feedback on strategic initiativesMust meet all access requirements for target offices and health care facilities within assigned territory.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
