Provide training and support for the global commercial teams. Facilitate projects and developments that enable consistent reporting, opportunity management, order enter creation, commercial data integrity, and customer feedback collection.Your Day to Day:

Lead CCOE weekly and monthly reporting. Includes analysis, data quality assurance, coordination with companywide commercials teams.

Implementation lead for the annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Includes developing work instructions and overseeing technology deployments.

Implementation lead for the integrated Westinghouse Voice of Customer (VoC) program. Includes developing work instructions of technology deployments, survey execution, and external platform data integration.

Design lead for commercial improvement initiatives in PowerBI. Includes developing basic functional requirements for analytics, reporting, and cross platform integration.

Implementation lead for the Market Intelligence Platform (MIP). Includes developing work instructions and overseeing technology deployments, business plan reporting, and cross platform integration.

Meet with PowerBI end users to understand needs. Using input from the users, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of available upgrades and/or developmental options.

Training development and delivery for PowerBI, including job aid and support content.

Subscription Management: Responsibilities include, facilitating the procurement process for subscription renewal, interface with global shares service team for user management, and initiating cost center allocations with corporate finance.Who You Are:

Business related education, master's level preferred

Minimum of 5 years in front end sales experience in a business environment

Familiarity with the MS Power platform preferred

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management application, such as MS Dynamics platform, Sales Force, or equivalent

Experience with financial reporting and designing supporting visuals

Strong understanding of data structures and information management

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. Including demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at executive leadership levels.

Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed organization and bring the necessary stakeholders together

Analyze data contained in corporate platforms, identify data integrity issues, and design solutions

Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

Excels in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously work on multiple projects and priorities.
