Residential Property Site Manager (HUD)(Tax Credit)(Market Rents)(LIHTC)(Low Income)
Seeking a property manager for an affordable property in Erie PA area. The candidate must have site manager experience. Must have great customer service and communication skills, working knowledge of computers; must develop a strong knowledge of property software.
Physical inspections of the property and direct supervision of the property. Direct supervision of vendors, site billing and processing invoices. - Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees. Responsible for the leasing of the property; ensuring through effective execution of HUD, affordable housing and tax credit guidelines in a professional manner. - Responsible for generating various reports, including but not limited to the Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, Annual Certifications. Your job duties will also include working on units and turning them as needed and other cleaning duties around the property. Candidates must pass a Drug and background check.
