This team ensures campaign delivery across our omnichannel HCP engagement platform while providing excellent post-sales client experience. This role is pivotal in scaling client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence by executing advertising campaigns with 100% accuracy and delivery for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to)Project management:Serve as liaison among cross-departmental teams (editorial, IT, marketing, and sales), i.e., support sales during the RFP process, coordinate project development with data engineers, analysts and editorial departments, and collaborate with marketing department on delivery strategy; develop and maintain production timelines; ensure programs remain on-time, on budget; lead weekly status meetings for cross-functional team; prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reportsPrimary focus programs are: endemic banners, alerts, clicksAccount management:Serve as primary contact for clients during production and delivery; manage contracts and billing; manage regulatory submissions via clients’ electronic submission system; prepare submission packages according to clients’ protocol and participate in regulatory review meetings; troubleshoot problems and ensure client satisfactionClient management:Establish relationship with client/agency partners as main point of contact for assigned campaigns; prepare/maintain presentations for program kick-off meetings, concept reviews and campaign reports; coordinate and participate in client/agency partner meetings
