Senior Transportation Planner
Description Our client is looking to permanent an Implementation Consultant to join their team as a permanent team member. The Implementation Consultant is expected to: Work with other members of the detail oriented Services team to successfully implement Firm ’s software for our customers. Lead and support customer implementation activities such as requirements gathering, creation of documentation, testing, and training as dictated by the scope of a project. Assist in the development of presentations and proposals for purposes of delivery to customers and/or internal stakeholders. Support organizational initiatives of Firm including sales cycle support, practice aid development, and improving operating procedures. Have an extensive understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Firm ’s solutions and familiarity with the industries our solutions support. Mentor and support other Implementation Services team members to improve their skillsets and ability to successfully implement Firm ’s solutions. Consultants are expected to achieve a customer utilization level of 75% or greater. Requirements SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent organization, time management, and written & verbal communication skills. Highly effective working in cross functional teams. Responsive to customer’s needs. Self-motivated and efficient. Comfortable and capable multi-tasking. Interested in moving up in the organization. Experience implementing enterprise application software, especially in a manufacturing environment. Successful track record within detail oriented services organization. Bachelor’s degree. Able to travel in support of customer projects.
