Work including but not limited to all areas of shingle roofing, tear offs, rubber roofing, metal roofing, all areas of carpentry. We work 40 hrs a week, weather permitting. Must have transportation and basic hand tools & tool bag and valid driver\'s license.

    JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Driver FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time/Part-Time Reports to: Director of Admissions Supervises: N/A POSITION SUMMARY Provide safe and reliable transportation for facility clients coming and going from the facility. Exhibits adequate knowledge and skill requirements regarding driver\'s particular role. Works on call during scheduled week. Will need to be able to travel long and short distances. QUALIFICATIONS A High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a safe driving record. Must have a valid driver\'s license. CPR and CPI certifications will be provided if needed. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS 1. Transport clients and/or materials company vehicles in a safe and secure manner 2. Follow all laws when transporting clients (staying buckled, speed limits, etc.) 3. Ensure that the client arrives safely and on time to each facility/appointment 4. Keep Administrative and Admissions employees current on client information (times, arrives, statues, discharges) 5. Assist in client searches and bring in/out bags from the vehicle 6. Completes incident reports for incidents, injuries, or accidents 7. Reports any equipment in need of repair or repairs equipment 8. Maintains vehicles in safe condition and Keeps record of vehicle maintenance 9. Follows all policies on reimbursements for tolls/lunches/unexpected expenses 10. Reports security concerns, problems, issues immediately 11. Adheres to time allotted for breaks and meals, and returns to work at designated times 12. Demonstrate job specific knowledge of fire and disaster preparedness during drills or actual situations 13. Observe, respond to and report potential hazards which may result in an accident or injury to a patient, staff or others Report all incidents including potential incidents of abuse or neglect immediately to direct supervisor Perform other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Accept responsibility for professional growth and development of self. 2. Adhere to facility, departmental, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures. 3. Attend all mandatory facility in-services and staff development activities as scheduled. 4. Adhere to facility standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance and punctuality. 5. Support facility wide performance improvement goals and objectives. 6. Work in kitchen/office environment and be able to tolerate gradient levels of standing, walking, stooping and lifting up to 30 pounds. 3. Tolerate stressful situations and various conditions unpleasant to the sense of sight, touch, and smell. 4. Ability to adjust to increased workload. ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITY EXPECTATIONS 1. Reliable in punctuality and attendance, adhering to facility and departmental policies. 2. Demonstrates appropriate use of benefit time without such things as: a. Recurring absences in conjunction with days off. b. Frequent occurrences of single days off. 3. Complies with company and departmental policies with respect to attendance, which includes providing required documentation and notification of at least two hours prior to starting time or as established by departmental policies. 4. Adheres to time allotted for breaks and meals, and returns to work at designated times. 5. Does not experience absences that adversely affect the ability of the department to satisfactorily perform essential job functions.
