As part of this role, your responsibilities will involve conducting various technical analysis tasks to maintain the reliability of the Commonwealth Automated Registration and Titling system (CARATS) and its associated subsystems. Additionally, you will collaborate with both information technology programming personnel and business staff to implement system modifications requested by the Driver and Vehicle Services management team. You will also be responsible for documenting process changes to enhance business operations, which will involve leading meetings, creating specification documents, and identifying business requirements.Interested in learning more? Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:A bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
