The Field Services Supervisor is responsible for a team of staff within a field service area; provides general support and coaching for staff assigned to them and are also responsible of supporting Manager's goals to adhere to SLA and compliance requirements.This position is a hybrid onsite/remote role. The selected individual must live within a commutable distance to our Harrisburg, PA office.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.

- Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.

- Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.

- Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.

- Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.

- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.

- Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.

- Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and escalate anticipated problems proactively.

- Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

- Remain stationary for prolonged periods, occasionally lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, within an office environment.

- Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.

Oversees the overall quality of the intake visit process, including eligibility determination and waiver program counseling

Provides direct supervision to Enrollment Brokers and Leads

Evaluates the need for and ensures the provision of necessary training for Enrollment Brokers

Provides the Field Services Manager with updates and feedback on all issues regarding daily deliverables, intake processing, and individual goal(s)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all data entry programs and systems as well as the performance requirements and Corporate/Project policy and procedures.

Assists Field Services Manager with designing and implementing QA/QC monitoring of Enrollment Brokers and subcontractor staff, including intake visit monitoring

Ensures that all intake visits are completed within the required timeframes and appropriate staffing levels are in place

Maintains positive relationships with county staff, community groups, consumers, and other stakeholders

Coordinates and participates in community outreach and various community and stakeholder meetings, ensuring their involvement in the continuous improvement of Independent Enrollment Broker services

Evaluate the need for training to ensure administrators maintain current knowledge of multiple programs and work closely with the Quality Assurance and Training departments on the implementation of quality and training initiatives

Report any personnel-related issues to Resources

Anticipates issues proactively and escalate to management, as appropriate.

Review and provide feedback on Home & Community Based Services documentation and processes

Responsible for adhering to established safety standards

Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighting up to 25 pounds.

Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years of experience plus three years supervisory experience preferably in a health and human services outreach-related setting.

- Experience with public speaking.

- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of audiences.

- Knowled e of the disability community and Pennsylvania Home and Community-Based waiver services (HCBS ).

- Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and oversight to staff at off-site locations.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.Annual Base Pay Minimum for this Position

55,000.00
