As an Information Technology Policy Associate 2, you will oversee project milestones and make decisions affecting equipment design and installation at Statewide Radio Network Division (SRND) communication assets. You are responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of radio infrastructure collocation, ensuring compliance with standards, and promptly addressing any issues. You will have the valuable opportunity to collaborate closely with network operational center personnel and technical staff to adeptly overcome collocation challenges and fortify the reliability of our network infrastructure. Through conscientious site visits and vigilant oversight, you will contribute to upholding industry best practices and safety protocols, thereby providing a robust foundation for the success of our projects. As the site engineering and maintenance liaison, you will ensure that all SRND and county 911 collocation projects are completed and that our communication assets are installed and maintained to the highest standards. Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

This position requires statewide site visits and travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Telework: This position does not offer telework.

Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $66,250.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as an Information Technology Policy Associate 1; or

Two (2) years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; or

One (1) year of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.Additional Requirements:

You must possess a valid Class C driver's license.

You must have 5 or more years working with tower communication sites.

You must have 5 or more years working with tower collocation installation projects.

You must have 1 or more years of full-time experience in managing design, engineering and construction documents pertaining to communication tower installation projects.

You must have 2 or more years of full-time experience in managing on-site visits with pre-construction and engineering walks with 3rd party partners pertaining to communication tower installation projects.

You must have 2 or more years of full-time experience in completing punch list walks and completing redlined as-built drawings pertaining to communication tower installation projects.

You must be able to perfor essential job functions.Legal Requirements:
