THE POSITION

As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will act as an assistant to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, performing skilled and semi-skilled labor indoors and outdoors, periodically in adverse conditions. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of our buildings and structures by performing tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry work. Duties also include snow removal, lawn care, and miscellaneous shop work. Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Special Requirements:
You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.Additional Requirements:
