Summary: The Hershey Company Reese Plant has an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to work in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include mechanical installation, setup, and repair. Required background skills and minimum qualifications shall include: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial, military, or owner/operator trades environment. Food manufacturing experience is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to effectively function in a fast-paced team environment High school diploma or G.E.D. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be flexible to work any shift and work weekends, holidays and overtime Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a basic understanding of PC’s and basic computer skills, machine shop & welding skills Must achieve a passing score on both a written and practical mechanical assessment Maintains equipment parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred Experience with Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices is preferred Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is preferred Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology is preferred Experience with SAP Maintenance module is preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are seeking a Director International Product & Operations to drive international IT strategy, solution delivery and service delivery across our regions. This International CIO will lead a team of 45 employees across multiple geographies plus contractors/project teams. We are looking for a strong technology leader to energize and empower our teams to drive critical projects, leverage technology and make immediate impact. Accountabilities: Drive strategy/roadmaps, and execution of portfolio, for International IT organization including Mexico, Brazil, Canada, India, AMEA, and LATAM markets. Create a leading innovation hub to pilot and scale solutions for broader adoption Ensure technology is fully leveraged to achieve strategic goals and objectives by international leader teams, process owners, and end users. Articulate, develop, and sell-in the strategy for the international business Ability to get things done in a nimble, agile way and working around the constraints to define and deliver what is possible Collaborate with cross-functional teams and select external technology partners to prioritize, estimate and complete projects in support of business. Ensure adoption and compliance of Hershey’s global IS policies and practices across International markets to build regional/internal knowledge. Provide focused leadership on the design, testing, implementation, and support for IT solutions to enable growth and operational success in the business. Collaborate with M&A team on evaluation and integration of future international M&A Lead implementation and operations of enterprise-wide, international only, and country-specific, IT solutions in international markets (i.e. ERP, Supply Chain) Qualifications: Strategic mindset oriented towards emerging business trends in technology Experienced leader with ability to create vision for integrating business requirements with commercial digital solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving innovation within the organization Executive presence and communication skills enabling clear and concise updates on IS strategy and project updates Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, systematic thinking, and a good understanding of business process technologies Experience in supporting manufacturing environments with IT solutions across multiple business scenarios and geographies Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and influence across the enterprise Experience & Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering (Master is desirable), Information Technology or a related field.
